What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To start a return, contact us at badbunnymerchandise.us@gmail.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, email us at badbunnymerchandise.us@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you’d like to exchange an item, return the original product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
